Balthazar Design Hotel Krakow

The hotel had a great location, close to the castle and within walking distance of both the old town and the Jewish quarter. The room was fabulous, with plush carpets and a well-decorated interior. The staff were friendly, providing excellent service. the hotel offered complimentary nightcaps like Ameretto and glasses of Prosecco, a nice touch.

That the TV in the room was fixed to the wall, making it difficult to watch from the bed. this was a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the center and the Jewish district on foot. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was modern with all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. a wonderful experience!

The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was comfortable, with best possible location near to other sights. My room was luxury with coffee/tea makers and glassware.

The staff at Balthazar Design were dedicated to ensuring a nice stay. We were impressed by their knowledge and attentiveness. The restaurant, Fiorentine, offered fantastic food paired with excellent service. The breakfast served was amazing, with a variety of delicious options. We especially appreciated the managers, Alexsandra and Matgorzata, who ran the front office seamlessly and were always ready to assist. The location of the hotel was also superb, with easy access to nearby attractions. we highly recommend Balthazar Design for an really good experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The proximity to the city center was perfect, as it was right by the castle and in between the most important sights. The location made it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautifully designed interior and sumptuous furnishings. The cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and exclusive experience. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, meeting all our needs with attentiveness. We indulged in a full body massage at the private facilities and enjoyed the beautiful garden area. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities and the in-room breakfast was a special treat.

this did not detract from the outstanding experience we had at this hotel.

Arriving early, the staff welcomed us kindly, and offered to take our bags while we relaxed in the garden area. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities, such as a full body massage chair and a remote-controlled fireplace. the in-room breakfast was delicious and promptly served. the restaurant offered a superb dinner with the option of special diet menus. the private facilities were perfectly clean, and the staff was attentive and provided an excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel's location advantages allowed us to reach every attraction in the city easily.

Although the hotel offered a foot massage service, we found out that it was not included in the price, and we had to pay extra for it.
